As a token of appreciation from me personally, I thought it would be a great (and somewhat over the top) idea to give my two cents to every level teased in this direct. I hope you have your reading glasses ready. - "Wonderpunch" by Ace360: The obvious stylisation in this level is pulled off pretty well. Everything from the background to the attacks are all fists, and that's just really appealing to the eye, at least to me. Can't wait to see how else they're gonna be incorporated into the level! - "The Complextro Trials" by DXL44: From the bits and pieces we've seen of the levels, it's noticeable that there was a huge upgrade in not only the difficulty and complexity, but also in the design and creativity. And all that without losing the charm of the original collection. - "Mega Sona Collab" by Nerroxari, CoNtRoL and more: This is gonna be a huge project, which is exciting. A huge package filled with distinct and fun bosses, all collected together into one level. Or in this case two. - "Escapism" by PlazMatter: This level feels very comfy, I can't really put my finger on it. Probably the calming song, mixed with the satisfying movement of the background objects. This feels like a classic PA level, upgraded and fresh. - "BROKENIMAGE.jpg" by OxaLithium: Huge fan. "Tria Remake" by Aqua: Damn, the backgrounds here steal the show from the other details. And in the best way possible. The mechanical vibe goes perfectly with the glowing blue lasers and bullets. And the boss looks like a polite little fella. "Birth of the Sun" by DXL44 and more: This is such a brilliant way to include a megacollab into the storyline and have it make sense. The other boss designs look fantastic and feel like they could have their very own collection. "Nhelv" by Devon1102: I've been waiting for a level with this song for a while now. And I can say with confidence that this, not only delivers, but perfectly encapsulates the vibe of the song. Really enjoying the visual touches of this level in particular. "Sahara Rave" by MeteorRain: I love levels that have above average sync. And, oh boy, this level has it. The attacks, the boss itself literally vibing while attacking you. It all just makes the level feel so alive. And I don't think I have to mention the scrolling background. "Soul Snatcher" by KarasuTori: I'm gonna be honest. I don't know how much of this is the trailer, and how much of this is the actual level. But jesus, those boss designs look hype! And the story feels captivating. "Nasty * Nasty * Spell" by Topaz-The-CrossCat: I was talking about vibing bosses just a minute ago. This whole thing looks like a giant performance, which it obviously is. But this works so well. All the little details give the boss life and make this level stand out and feel truly unique. "Prism" by Luminescence: This flows together beautifully. The attacks carry so much impact behind them, with all of the effects, camera zoom and glow. And the visuals manage to create such a captivating image, be it with very few objects or a lot more. "Lion's Den" by Rainstar: Another part of a story. The colors have stood out to me especially here. Not only having story significance, but just being really pretty. Apart from that, the level uses the glitch trigger, which shows us the potential of it, as it works here really well. "Challenger" by TradingStars: This also feels like a classic PA level, with a cute looking boss and simple attacks. It doesn't overwhelm you in terms of design, but it doesn't have to. It blends everything together into a fun experience for watchers and players alike. "What Was Left" by Heartnimations: This level evokes a feeling of slow, surreal calmness. The song only adds onto that. And in a game full of dubstep and fast colorful lasers, this stands out. "Darkside" by ManIsLis: Over the course of this trailer, I saw more and more insane effects. It makes this level feel really epic and intense. I enjoy the boss a lot, for what would be a simple design, it is integrated amazingly into the attacks. "Arcana" by Siecelesness: I should be talking about the level, but man this trailer unironically feels like a movie trailer. You really out did yourself. From what we saw from the levels, it's fluid, bright and beautiful. Can't wait to see what the future of this collection has in store. "Dissolve" by MotionIII: This level, and with that the whole collection, has a really exciting premise. Having every level introduce a distinct gimmick will make all the levels separately more memorable as well. And as we see from the first level, it doesn't dissapoint. "Secret Boss" by Dragonw1414: Having bosses we've seen already come together in this level is awesome to see. From what we are presented, we can expect a great blend of fun gameplay and hype visuals, like always. "The Seven Seas" by JoshyM123: What stood out to me the most here is the sheer amount of different attacks present. This boat sure is pulling out everything it has got, because I don't think I have seen the same attack being used repeatedly for a significant amount of time. "Can't Sleep" by KretorDX: In my opinion, the star of the show here is the boss design. It is incredibly charming, fits into the level perfectly and oozes with personality. The whole ending animation was also incredibly done and quite wholesome. "Mystery Circles Ultra" by TheLordOfPorgs: It was a brief introduction sequence, so I cannot comment a whole lot about gameplay. But I can practically feel the chaotic energy of this level through my screen. "Reflections" by CoNtRoL: That whole opening sequence was beautiful. The glow and slow animations made it all the better. The space theme has been executed masterfully here. "Fake Reality" by Egflaer: I adore the movement of this boss. It uses a variety of ways to attack, and is pretty speedy. And the effects and camera movement only amplify that fact. "Crystalline Chaos" by Luminescence and Dukemz: We didn't see a whole lot of the levels themselves, but man if this isn't an introduction. It feels grand, epic and giant. Giving tiny pieces of lore and showing silhouettes of potential bosses to come. "Check Out 2" by Official Dre, kitsumizu and That1Guy: This feels like an acid trip. We've been shown quick glimpses of various parts, showcasing very interesting ideas. The personality infused into this is insane. - - - Alright, I hope I got everyone. Y'all did amazing, pat yourselves on the shoulder. You guys make this game what it is.

this direct was just amazing. I didn't come into here with any expectations but god damn did my mind explode with this one. the boundaries of PA have once again been absolutely obliterated. this is a perfect look into what the creative minds of the community are capable of. thank you DXL for hosting this event and thank you everyone for submitting. 100/10 best saturday of 2023 so far was gonna wait to write a better comment but honestly can't think of anything else besides this. hopefully Project Elevatia gets a little more attention because of this, I'm really excited for Birth of the Sun and Crystalline Chaos to be released :pog:
