Hey guys Project Castaway is back in a whole new alpha series! the devs put out an update, i wasn't really planning on putting another vid out this early. But anyway come watch as Project Castaway puts me through the ringer in this difficult start.

Wow i like the book it reminds me of Forest it had a good book guide to build everything, and this is awesome to have in a game.

This game look just like Stranded Deep in which i love the idea but hated the crafting and never replay it, hope they make it a lot better in that aspect.

Just found your channel today. Liking the honest commentary with no music, etc. Been enjoying it a lot so far :) I'd like to recommend that you bump up the video brightness a bit during night/dark scenes, because it was pretty difficult to see and I skipped ahead a bit to be able to see properly 😅

Thanks I appreciate the feedback I will look into fixing that in future content! Definitely let me know how it is in the future as this is another part of editing I'll have to learn along the way. Glad you are enjoying the content hope to see more people coming in and sticking around!

The number one issue i have and is a huge pet peeve of mine and i feel others is we want a good guide so if we like a game, we do not want to have to relearn the whole game all over through outside sources this is one of the poorest things done in games today and we all hate it and having this side a way to turn it off or on if we do not need it.

need to change your UI / HUD because it does tell you what plant is what, has text at the top of your screen

rough start lol nothing new in these games you tried Sunkenland? not found any loot or easter egg... the ship has rope and cloth that respawns which saved my ass

As of right now I think you can still request access to it on steam I'm surprised I even got accepted into it, but I think the public demo maybe out soon but I haven't gotten confirmation on that. But I would go and wishlist it so you'll know when a demo drops or when the game fully releases and I'll let everyone know on my Twitter as soon as I have confirmation of a demo date or a full release date. Also I'll be working on a new episode today!

This is a copycat of the same game Stranded Deep i do not see why i would buy another one unless this has something more interesting to it like a better story or game play but i guess i will see it in the upcoming videos and also just because it has a good crafting system that i would be a good reason to even post it on my wish list but maybe i can get a test it or just keep watching you play both works.

The game is coming to next fest! as a demo (June 10th-17th 10am PST) so even if you don't get into the beta you will be able to try it yourself soon! and hopefully it will give you more clarity about everything, i know the devs have a long road map ahead and from what I've read it'll have more than SD and i do love that game. we will have to see how it goes.
