This video covers my current (working) design for Jugglebot's hand. I explain what the design is and why I'm going to replace it for a (hopefully) better design, which I briefly describe in the second half of the video.

If you still have the proto lying around, how would crossing the lines have helped? Bottom left would be connected to top right e.g. then the ball would compensate the tilt and try to toss upwards even when angled?

Hmm, I don't have it in a remotely constructed form anymore unfortunately. Too many moves have happened since then! I'm not sure if crossing the lines would have helped the issue much. The lines would have had to cross underneath the "cup" part (orange) and I think would have led to the same issue: a tighter line (or premature motor turning) would tilt that side upwards, muddling it all up
