Thank you for this. But even with the manual I can't tell if the dip switches are on or off.... I presume the white means set the dip switch to that position so 40db gain would be down up down ?

What is the difference between this phono preamp and the box 2?

I have this phono stage connected to a Fluance RT85 turntable. This combination sounds really good together.

Miguel Aguilar hey I’m thinking of getting the rt85 would you say performance as advertised. And would you recommend it??

@@joshelder552 Yes I would recommend it. For a budget turntable, it has functioned without issues for me. It is quite a beauty once you see it in person too.

I’m still a bit undecided on preamps, have a couple in mind, but I’m also very excited to be pairing them with the RT85. I’m sure it’ll sound great. How have the TT in preamp held up over time? Any developed issues?

Hi! Am I right, that 'on' switch position is when u put a toggle up during setup? So, setup in the video is: 40dB, 47kOhm, 420pF, right?

I still have the Minidiscs. But the car is gone. It was to expensive and it became impossible to find spare parts for this thing.
