Here's Project Thundercloud, a fan film about Derpy Hooves, a background character who was accidentally given misaligned eyes in a scene of the first episode of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. The style is a blend between the one from the show and Yoki's Story.
Derpy Hooves is voiced by BaldDumboRat, the fan VA from Doctor Whooves and Assistant.
Some music have been made by Daydream Anatomy. / quixoticnostalgic

I need to add, as well, that the concept of Derpy's cutie mark standing for "fragility and luck" is super awesome. I liked that whole segment, even if it made me question Cheerilee's age.

It's the room of the elements, a room with lights representing the state of the elements of harmony. They will shine when the elements are working, and stay dark if they don't. Trixie was there because she was simply curious about the magical phenomenon happening near the room when Princess Celestia banished Luna on the moon again.

Wouldn't Miss Cheerilee be a filly in the part where derpy was at school? In the regular mlp episodes they're about the same age, it would be more likely to see granny smith there as a teacher than Miss Cheerilee... Princess Cheerilee confirmed!!!!

The elements of harmony vanished, leaving the room of the elements in the dark. Princess Celestia is behind this. The film ends with a cliffhanger as there will be a sequel, but the "To be continued" is left after the credits along with a short teaser rather than being just before.

She's as old as Derpy, I made a huge mistake in the scene. I assumed she was older than her but I didn't realize she could be seen as a filly in the flashback of The Cutie Mark Chronicles. It will be fixed in the remastered version.

Oh, the scene was added at the last minute to explain how Derpy made it through the tower in the dark, so I couldn't have the time to explain why she was here. I originally wanted to keep the explanation for the sequel, but it couldn't fit anywhere in the script.

+TheDarkAnimagus It's Fountain of Dreams, which is essentially an orchestral revision of Gourmet Race. The orchestral revision (Fountain of Dreams) debuted and was made for Super Smash Bros. Melee back in 2001, for the stage also named "Fountain of Dreams". Ironically, the stage is very inaccurate to the original "Fountain of Dreams" it is based on in one of the Kirby games; actually, drastically different, but many people consider it one of the best stages in the whole series (and IMO, it's not hard to see why; competitively AND casually)

It feels like Derpy was the director of the film AND the main character. Every part of it is well done, but the way the parts are connected is little... off. And the music is desynchronized, too! And some sort of unexplained action in the end no one probably understood - if this all was made intentionally I applaud you! So derpy.

My favourite thing in this was the lighting. Very good lighting, and I liked the camera angles. The biggest problem for me was the pacing and music. Unless there's a direct reason for it (such as in suspenseful moments of horror movies), there should never be a silent moment. You could have ambient noise, music, or just continue the monologue. But having this many silent points just makes it seem very choppy. For the same reasons, you shouldn't skip between scenes so much. If you want to keep a story going, you need to develop the story within the scenes rather than having essentially a "photo album" of different shots. Of course, this could just be your style, but in that case, shorten or eliminate the black between scenes, and keep the music continuously going with the monologue.

While some of the music was a bit out of place at times this was still very touching. Fleshing out a character that was never meant to get anything but a glance in a crowd. Well done, this actually really touched me.So, thank you.

This is the BEST animation of Derpy Hooves I ever seen! also you explained Derpy's problem really well in a way that everyone could understand! the animation is REALLY good and sad at the same time but you still did a very good job on it! I loved the graphics and animating, and the music you used for it was awesome! who ever did the voice of Derpy sounded ALOT like Derpy! :D you did awesome Playerdotexe awesome job :D

This was their first time in Baltimore, the event happened in Manhattan, New York and New Jersey the years before. BronyCon 2014 will happen in Baltimore again next year, and I will probably be there again.

The story and dialogue aren't bad, and the animation is pretty good. But for the most part, your choice of music was horribly dissonant to what was going on in the video.

I think the music selection was pretty good, actually. Try taking the music into account for the feeling of the scene -- like when Gourmet Race plays (the song before the credits), it seems to me like Derpy is accepting a challenge or "fighting destiny" rather than actually being sad.

An honest critique, if I may: It is very good and well acted and I think you have some good potential here. However, it feels a teeny bit rushed and incomplete. The story is vague, though that's actually not such a big deal. The bigger problem is the sound editing, honestly. The music's too loud in some places, it comes and goes abruptly, and a lot of it is just too familiar. Not to say it isn't good or that I'm not looking forward to the next thing. But those might be points to keep in mind for the next project. Good luck! :)

***** The animation in this one used a lot of tweens, and the puppets I had were not that good, but the sequel is mostly done in FBF and a big part of it is done using LSoH puppets and puppets I built myself rather than DRB puppets.

The 6 ponies: Octavia, Vinyl Scratch, Dr.Whooves, Lyra, Bon bon, and Derpy are just the secondary 6 because Celestia has imprisoned the mane 6 as she wants to bring about eternal night (who knows why?) and derpy and dr.whooves child Dinky Whooves goes to see celestia and works out the 6 ponies listed above are the secondary 6.

JRvidz Television Yeah, this was changed in the 2014 version to MLP BGM instead. Since the first version was designed as a test rather than a real pony film I decided to go with some music I was suggested, rather than making a full score to go with it.
