Im 15 years old and im used to wake up at 5:00 a.m every morning it's not depend on age to wake up earlier ... and now i study for the 12th class ( im in the 11th class) and im learning English and im tring to learn French before 2022 i hope that wish me luck ❗

I made the mistake of waking up late on other days depending on my mood and distractions. Consistency and discipline are definitely most important when transitioning to early rising. Inspiring video!

you know how i got myself into the habbit of waking up at 3:45 i figured out that waking up is directly proportional the strenth of your will. you have to have a purpose. it was easy to wake up but hard to stay awake and harder to stay awake when you had to study. so i came up with a plan. i thought if the first thing i do in the morning is somewhat fun that oughta get me up. so i got a friend onboard. we resolved that everyday sharp at 4 am we'd watch peaky blinders and the rule was one episode per day. and one cant move to the next episode without the other. and this arrangement has been working out so well. after years of struggling to improve my sleep schedule, i have not only achieved what seemed more or less impossible but am also sticking to the schedule. it also checks out binge watching since the other one keeps a check on the number of episodes you'd watch

I want to share a tip. Wakeup at 5 or 6 Once you wake up directly go to the bathroom and pee. So if you do this everyday after few days you don't even need an alarm beacuse when the clock hits 5 or 6 you get the urge to pee its like you have created alarm with your body. I don't know if this works for all but some of friends do this.

I am waking up at 4:50 AM evry single day and it's really nice because I feel like I am not wasting my time. I'm in middle School, in France and my average rating is around 14.3/20 and my goal is to reach those 17/20 on overall average. Hope that english wasn't that bad ;)

I wish the 'put the alarm in a diff room so you will be forced to wake up and turn it off' technique worked on me. But unfortunately, I'm very good at ignoring its screaming self. smh.

Hello!! I always watch your videos & it improved myself.. I used to wake up at 7 am.. People say that it’s early, but when u have so many things to study u may need a quite place... So i started to wake up at 4 am.. At first it was too tough.. But, now i'm used to it.. I'm doing it for around 1 month, Cz, i have my exams.. & i get extra hours to study quietly.. It also improved my health 😊

I need this very badly,,, I always think to wake up early but sometimes I wake up at 5 o clock sometimes at 5:30 but I wanna wake up at 4:30 but I can't... I always switch of my alarm nd sleep,, which really make me feel guilt 😟 I really really need this,,, thank you very much *MIKE*

@@bandana8361 You could use alarmy app which I use. There, You have to get out of the bed and scan a QR code to turn off the alarm. Or else you could solve a quick math problem to be awake. Easy way to get up early is go to sleep early. before actually going to sleep say I want to wake at 6 in 3 languages in and in each langauge you need to say 3 times For example I want to wake up 6 am I want to wake up 6 am I want to wake up 6 am Second language Second language Second language Third language Third language Third language It is also known as 369 rule :)

You mentioned that morning people had better gpa on average than the night owls. Don´t you think it might be because our society is constructed in the way that benefits early birds? It is obvious since there are less people who are more productive in the night. I´m just curious how does the world look like if we had another system or if all night owls would be employed in the hospital so that the stuff would not be so tired if they had night shift. I'm a night owl by necessity. I have relatives out of town and would spend a few months of the year in a different time zone. I tend to work on the computer or practice music as if I'm in the other city. Even eating times is synchronized to the time in the other city so that I'd wake up at sunrise when I travel over there. I'd put in the same number of hours on the computer and in bed whether it's 3am or 3pm.
