We haven't taken the van on any really rough roads yet, so not sure about that, but it does seem to reduce how much the van sways around turns and in the wind. We definitely think they're worth the cost, especially the rear ones because the stock springs aren't very beefy and when these vans are so loaded, they're over compressed.

I went with the 40mm. Over the strut spacers. That leaves the spring rate unchanged. I left the back alone for now but it is loose off road. Might try the Fox shocks before Sumo's, I don't like losing suspension or increasing the rate.

All great points, we've been thinking about the same thing. We're going to test it in Baja soon and may change it out if it doesn't meet our needs 👍

Hi Bob and thank you for watching! I think they are designed to be selected based off of the weight of your finished build. We went with the Yellow ones in our rig since we figured they would be best with all of our cargo in the rear. They have been great.

Thanks for watching! We think it bumped Kit up a little but we find that the van was more level after we loaded it with our gear and motorcycle on back.

We installed them with just the 1 spacer on the rear. Thanks for watching. We talk about it at 0:56.

Unfortunately we didn't really measure in any scientific way to be sure, but with our rudimentary methods we think we got about a 3/4 to 1 inch lift from it.

We never had them in our old van (also did a Baja trip) and we're bummed we didn't get them sooner. We are very happy with the sumo front and rear. We're contemplating new shocks and struts to make it even better on this one. Airing down for washboard roads helps a lot too.

No worries at all! We love them and think they are a great upgrade. We'll be putting on Koni shocks and struts soon to make it even better.

I can't understand what you're trying to say in this comment. Thank you for the feedback. I went back and you must have missed where I said I put on the e-brake. Also.....driveway sloped slight downhill to the front so it seemed like it made sense to put them in front.

You are correct. I don't believe I called them springs in the video but apologies if I did.

That would be overkill for what we're doing and these products did the trick. We also added Koni FSD shocks/struts which also enhanced our experience.
