Proper Foot Strike When Running To Improve Running Mechanics : The foot mechanics not only when running but when working out in general is one of the most important parts of movement. There is an entire chain reaction that happens throughout the body based on how the foot lands, transitions and pushes off. When the foot is not fluid or not stiff in the right areas it will limit overall performance. In this video I will go over this concept in more detail. Enjoy!

Did you know Wilt Chamberlain ran the 100 yard dash around 10.8. a talker man with a different body. He throw the shot put, high jump, ran the 400 in about 49 seconds. There were a lot of good Olympic coaches in the 1960"s . All you have to do is type Olympic coaches in the 1960"s.
