In this video I will show you how to properly install "The Poolcleaner" by Poolvergnuegen. I will also go over some common problems like a suction leak (vacuum leak), when to change the tires, debris jammed in the cleaner and more tips for you. This is basically a "Super Video" for all of you who own the "Poolcleaner" and for anyone who is interested in purchasing one of these cleaners.
I tried to cover everything in detail and I have specific videos that go further into detail on the various things covered in this video. Setting up the cleaner correctly will eliminate 98% of all the problems you will have with the cleaner.

great Video. You just saved me a lot of aggravation. My pool cleaner was slurping and making an awful noise when it came up for air every few minutes. After adjusting the wheel speed to the right level it is working 100%., Thanks so much.

Great DIY i hope i dont have dig into it that far i just replaced the wheel hubs and tires after 4 years of usage this is the best pool cleaner i ever had,great video.

Hi, thanks for the informative videos. I'm having a problem with my "The Pool Cleaner" maybe you can help me with. Quite often the turbine will quit spinning even though it is getting plenty of suction. There is nothing obstructing it and I can actually stick my finger in the hole, give the turbine a nudge and it will spin fine for a while and then stop again later. Is there something I can do to fix this?

I noticed mine was getting stuck on the main drain recently after approximately 12 months in a pebble pool. Sure enough the tires are at the wear mark. I rotated the front tires and I'll be ordering new tires. Thanks for the input!!

Just bought this 4 wheel vacuum last week seems to work well except it will not climb!!! Any suggestions? I changed suction to the large mouth and increased suction but still no luck

Hi, mine is a side port suction 2 wheel. When the wheels are turning in opposite directions there's plenty of power. However, when spinning the same direction, they will only turn when I'm holding it off the ground. Any pressure at all stops them. I have good suction and I've played around with the valve to lower and increase pressure but it made no difference. My pool shop took it apart and said it all looked ok. Any suggestions? Thank you.

3 year old PC not working like it did. After watching your video, checked the tires. Found them to be in pretty bad shape. Turned the fronts around 'til the new ones get here. Amazing! Thank you!!

Thanks so much for the video. Just bought a new 4 wheel pool cleaner. Ive been manually cleaning weekly as I cannot find anything that will climb the walls or go to shallow end. This new one is no different. It has 12RPMs but seems to "slip" while climbing the walls. My pool is fiberglass and a little slick. Im hesitant to cut the nodges off the wheels in case I cant get it to work and have to return. Any thoughts. Thanks so much for your Time.

Great video, thanks! I just bought a 4x pool cleaner, tried to set it up. The first day it worked ok, but seems always stays in the deeper end. The second day it just refused to move. I noticed that we have 2 skimmers, one with double ports and one with single one. I hooked the cleaner on the double one, no matter what I do, it is just not working, any input?
