The current version of the propulsers matches my gym anesthetics perfectly. Man i wish u could see it in person. In fact the Bosu Elite, Sole steps, & RMT club match my gym also. 🏋🏿‍♂️ Match made in heaven.

We are doing in a class today and two more days. Lemme tell you, muscle memory for 10-15 years of arm action is hard to break. It definitely feels different doing this technique and I can get the gist of how energy and propulsion is with the help of the pulsators. I hope I can get it down and make it my new form when I got jogging. Great video! My forearms and wrists and biceps are sore from practicing lol

Not related to this video. You’ve stated in other videos the pressure down is in the ball of the foot. Correct me in I thought heel strike would initiate the in uncoiling.

Wonder if Kelvin Kiptum follows some of these principles. If you see his arm swing from the front, it’s almost identical to this technique.

So what does this exactly do? I've never seen any top sprinter in track use this so it's obviously not for a full out sprint

Is this apply for only short distance running?? If so, please make videos for long distance running techniques.

Hi, no this does not apply for only short distance runners. We recommend the 2oz Pulsers for long distance runners..It is still important to use this form!

I'll help you with this: Focus on the training to make you fitter and faster. Be consistent, strive for the highest mileage that both your body and lifestyle will allow, when it's time to run hard, run your hardest, and make sure your training g regimen has an abundant supply of variety. Don't ignore tempo runs, sprints, long runs, hills, long and short intervals in many different sequences, configurations and with varying recoveries. Make consistency your God. As you move through stages of fitness and breakthrough, your running form will morph naturally toward what is necessary to run certain speeds under varying degrees of comfort.
