Sir, if the capital gain on long term commercial property is used to purchase residential property under construction, where the payment is to be paid in stages, where the duration of last payment goes beyond 3 years, then it's permitted under I T rules?

I have one house in my name and two house under construction for which possession was not given. One plot which we are going to sell for that do we have to pay 20℅ tax as I know according to section 54F on selling plot if we have more than two property then we are not eligible for LTCG tax even if we buy property with that amount. So my question is I have 1 old house in my name and rest two flat I did not get posession yet so I am eligible under 54F

I am a 70 years old senior citizen.I have purchased 6 decimals of land in the year 1990 by Rs.45,000.Now I want sell the plot for typical financial crisis. The customer will pay me hardly 5 lakhs.But the circle rate of the plot is now 25 lakhs. Nobody wants to pay more than 5 lakhs for that plot. I am agreed to sale for Rs.5 lakhs. But if I sell it at 5 lakhs, the full amount I will have to pay as capital gain tax. So I have decided to transfer the property through a long term lease agreement or by a mortgage deed with the buyer for Rs.5 lakhs bank transfer. Will it attract any income tax liability from my side? Please give your kind suggestion.

Please sir reply maine apne savings account me 3.21 lakh maine cash deposit bank me kiya aur mujhe 3 lakh upi se receive hua total - 6.21 lakh received hua - aur maine 5 lakh upi se send kiya hai kisi ke bank account me pure 1 year me total 12lakh hua kya mujhe notice a skta hai --- ye jo limit hai 10 lakh ki withdrawal aur deposit dono add karke ya fhir withdrawal 10 lakh aur deposit me se 10 lakh dono me koi cross kiya tab hota 😢😢😢

Income Tax Return is filed for INCOME you receive, Not Transmission of property or investment after parent's death, or when you receive it as Gift from parent. ________________ 1. IF you sell the mentioned property and have received capital gains from it, ONLY THEN show it in ITR, as per your CA's advice. 2. If the mentioned property is in society, change membership from previous owner (parent) to current owner (yourself). 3. Also, change billing details, name, mobile no., email ID, etc, for PROPERTY TAX, Electricity bills, MNGL Gas pipeline, etc. in your name.
