So much valuable free advice in this video People say he charges money etc and he does etc nothing wrong with that but he gives so much valuable free advice in his 1500 or so free videos on KZfaq If you had to pay for this free advice in his KZfaq videos it would cost a fortune Basically the public have been buying houses the wrong way because they want to pay a 25 year mortgage and want to own 100% of the house etc but they only need a 25% deposit to get a mortgage which gives them the control of the deeds to be able to rent the house out room by room and make the living room and dining room in to bedrooms etc Plus many investors have money that they want to invest and receive a return on investment better than the bank interest rate without doing anything for it which is why these investors are happy to invest because the people approaching the investors to put the money down etc are doing all the work which suits the investor just fine because Investor 1 has no money but prepared to do all the work but needs money Investor 2 has the money but doesn't want to do any of the work Which works well for both investors and the investor with the money gets their money back very quickly plus a return on investment etc

Hello Mate Just a question recently I was been thinking to buy house up in north worth around 50k not to live but to give someone on rent after owning the house with full payment so that I can buy another house by putting previous house on bank to take loan. Government should stop landlords from having more than 2 buy to let mortgages. Because end of the day it’s the tenant who pays their mortgages and rising rent will make impossible to have a mortgage if their own. They bring NHS workers from abroad also will have an impact on housing. One NHS worker from India 🇮🇳 will come with 5 family members, later on they will take their in laws too. So 10 New members need ti be housed and given NHS services too.

The chances of you seeing this and replying are probably close to zero, but I really need to triple, if not quadruple my income to save my family home that’s been with us since the 1800s. When my grandad who is 87 passes, they will repossess the house and sell it as it is the only council house left on the street and cannot be passed down again.
