Situated in the centre of Sunway Iskandar, Emerald Residence is designed as the first landed product for the township. Located in between Sunway International School and Emerald Boulevard, this project is designed architecturally to be a masterpiece.
With it's minimalist cubist form, the homes just juxtaposed the amazing nature where there's lake, river and sea. These houses can be described as the designer's series of homes. It would for those who enjoy architecture and homes that are 'different'.
Besides that, this project is part of a 1800 acres masterplan where all infrastructure and future products are well planned ahead. This is also a classic example of investing between masterplan and pocket land developments.
Now, I just hope that they'll persevere through this rough property climate and prove that they can re-create successful townships just like Sunway City Subang and Sunway City Ipoh!!

Where is the best landed gated place to stay in Iskandar Puteri, close to amenities, supermarket, and nature?

Just curious. Can owners change the colour of their exterior walls. I get that some/most(?) people nowadays love the standardised neat look, but every house looks exactly the same! For traditionalists like me, there's no character to houses now.

In a conventional individual titled house, yes you can change. But in a landed stratafied house, the owner will need to get consent from the management committee. I think preserving the consistent does bring out the benefit of a well planned development. The problem only come when you have extreme expressionist that paints their entire house purple or red.

The top hung window (strip window) certainly does not fit in, having such a window above a bed, looks out of place from any interior. Also, the ID could have done better for the kitchen cabinet finishing, the cabinet looks cheap, also the bathroom tiles could be selected better to add depth and ambience.

That's really up to individual preference man. I've yet to really explore all bungalows because usually these areas are for the rich, so they're usually super private and discreet about their houses. But anyway, thanks for watching Melvin=)
