Shout-out to the team for showing me around this township and it really changed my perspective. For more information, do check out their website for more info.

Located next to the highway, this enormous development takes place in the southern end of Klang Valley. This development took the market by storm several years back with their scale and irresistible price offered. Surprisingly the developer initiated the township using this strategy. Not only will it bring cashflow, it also builds population.
I was caught by surprised when I walked around the township, especially the 10 acres Summit Park. That eventually became one of the selling point for their latest launch of Sensory.
In contrast to the immediate rural surrounding, this development provides proper infrastructure such as roads, landscapes, public parks, commercial areas and etc. Also, ECRL to be located within proximity was also announced.
However, I'm just concerned with the highway and the noise from the unit. But this absolutely exceeded my expectation compared to my first impression.

Staying there as a tenant myself, I would say it is quite a great place to be in. It is quiet, chilly and great for jogger like me. It is just the location that is the main letdown for me where I always have to travel at least 20 - 30 minutes to any shopping malls or grab some Chinese food. But overall it is still a great place to stay with your family! Thank you for the video and congratulations on your newborn as well Sean! Keep it up!

One more thing - yes, Savanna sold their block A and B from 270k six years back but their block C and D rose up to 500k and above! Due to high competition among owners for rental, some owners of block C and D ended up selling or 'lelong' their units below SPA price, which is around 320k. Imagine the lost

Well, there's a few ways to look at it. Initially in the earlier phases, many may not want to purchase as it's not proven. So the price will be way lower to attract buyers. After the success of several phases, more people get to know the project along proven sales record, it's only natural for prices to be increased. After all, property development is a business and it's up to us consumers to make informed decision and take calculated risk. Thanks for sharing=)

Its all about profit margin i think..some people can tolerate lower profit than others

I am surprised as well by this video. I didn't expect Mah Sing will do a proper and nice development like this. Plus the commercial area seems decently populated for a new development. If this is closer to KL, definitely will check it out.

Woah at least local authority there have special requirements for residential's window, unlike here in KL. I am living next to KESAS Highway and the highway noise making me sick every day.

But to me, authority requirements are the minimum. I appreciate that they're certain requirements but it's not easy to do proper noise cancellation. I feel your pain to as my bedroom is right next to the main road. We spent A LOT of money to get professional window treatments to the room. Thanks for watching and sharing yea:)

Nice project but not so good for investment. Some owners had to rent out their unit for rm800 only. Harga PKP they said 😅

Its great to stay for the southern people. but i think its not really for investment at least if we wish to see a good return in 6 years time. there are better investment project out there

Lelong just means the owner is defaulting on their monthly payment to the bank. Well good news for you it's a good time to pick up some units at lower prices than launch. Just my 2 cents

Straight up and help to be honest, i did make a booking for sensory tower A, but i work in damansara utama. Would be convenient. Let say u in my shoes. Im from Penang(island) and im not so sure about this long distance traveling. Would really help to have your opinion

if u are travelling using bike, go for it, if car, dont, traffic to damansara is crazy, ull get fatigue just by morning and evening journey

Yeah, this property's developer have a tendency to remove walls in the majority of it show units. Also, ID very atas one and unrelatable to average people

I always believe show units should feature (to the best of the developers' abilities) as close as it can to the actual unit; using real specs and materials such as windows, sliding doors, metal railings, ceiling heights and such. Just curious, why didnt you mention the developers name eh?

@@sazmanmusicAgree. Dont forget all show unit always use open style wardrobe to make the room look bigger. Those fancy wardrobe dont even fit all my wife tudung you know haha

Erm, as that would require a total upgrade for everything. I think by the time we implement 5G only I might consider. I think the current 50 fps at full HD is still the most watched version online. May I know why yea??

I was under the impression that you had a camera and drone that are capable of shooting in 4K but you might have decided to shoot on 1080p instead. 4K is becoming a mainstream as people tend to watch KZfaq on their smart 4K TVs. I agree that there's a lot people are still watching at 1080p as well but it's something that you can consider as your channel is continuously growing. Anyways, congrats on your newborn. Hope to see more contents on your channel.

Let it go down.....go down....developers are under immense pressure...who would want to stay in condo or apartment with only u and ur kids or u alone on the same floor whilst the other remaining units are empty. Spookyyyyy....u re gonna waste ur money paying the maintenance fee and eventually developers or building mgmts hv no choice but to increase the fee or compromise on other facilities i.e. security, elevator etc.. Trust me on this

Hi Sean! Thanks for another review of a project under construction. I'm wondering what goes into the process for you to do more such reviews. Are the main challenges getting approval from the developer and/or getting in touch with a willing sales team? Curious to know :) thanks!

Good question Andrew. As not all developers are okay with me pointing out the flaws of their project, hence reviews like this can only happen if we get to collaborate. So all these developers are open and confident about their projects. Sometimes, managements would still prefer conventional pretty faces reading off scripts which highlights all the great points of the projects. Anyway, how can I help you haha=)

The price you said from 380k is after rebate or PKP price? Because their website states starting from 470k
