After visiting their completed project, it's only sensible to check out their next project and it's simply beyond my expectation. Est8 is located at the fringe of Seputeh right opposite Mid Valley Megamall. Seputeh has always been this hidden gem because it provides both privacy and connectivity at the same time. However, I wished that the accessibility could be from the internal roads instead of the Federal Highway but it's all for the benefit of the community.
Just when we barely got over the facilities at their previous project, this is another whole new level. That injection of fantasy elements into the building design is definitely out of the norm. This got me feeling excited and concerned at the same time. I absolutely appreciate the innovation and effort trying to push boundaries, but I'm still tied down with the practicality elements. But I'm pretty confident with their execution ability as we experienced both of their past projects before.
I'm now actually looking forward to the actual building as I'm very curious on the actual deliverables.
