Funny how people only think about "investment" part of it, and whether it's "worth" it at the end. Isn't it all dependant on individual's goals and needs? If I'm 30-40+ years old, and I don't mind forking out this sum of money for convenience and saving a lot of time from traveling, and in 50 years time I''ll probably be dead, what's there to lose? At least for the next 50 years I'm happy. There's no "right" way to anything. If you think you can earn from properties in Singapore, evaluate properly first.

I agree; it all depends on individual's needs. If the buyer works in the CBD, this is a great buy. The flat is worth about 5 cars (including fuel, maintenance, parking, etc), that would last 10 years each. Also worked out to be 50 years but tremendous savings in commute time. With this flat, no need to own a car

Very well presented property video with good details and clear diction. Doesn't come across overly salesy and Beatrice especially seems quite personable. Probably one of the best property videos I've seen so far. Hope you guys manage to sell this unit. Keep it up!

its decent but the only serious flaw in my opinion is that its too dark with little window space. like living in a basement

Should highlight the NTUC supermarket , wet market and hawker center located downstairs. Plus former Amara hotel buffet high tea on Saturdays and Sundays.

So agree with u. Who care how old is flooring. People want modern. They renovate whole unit but the floor and new buyer have to do the floor and will disturb those newly renovated . For that price I can get a unit in Marine Parade and opp the East Coast Beach

Good chance yes, because it's only a 3 minutes walk away from Tanjong Pagar MRT Station so the place have a high potential for redevelopment

No chance for SERS. Tanjong Pagar mrt is below. They can't do piling on top of mrt Station unless they are willing to close the stations for 3 to 5 years.
