I have been in Braselton for four years. I agree the cultural diversity is limited.. but slowly getting better. I love that my community in particular is a golf cart community. This was and may still be statistically one of the safest cities to live in Georgia. Home price was not bad when we purchased, but of course not so much now. Braselton has a bougie feel without extravagant prices…. comparatively speaking.

My husband and I are looking at homes in this area.. I have lived in Clarksville, Tennessee most of my life and no I was not born here.. Clarksville traffic is awful but new jobs are moving to this area and this is home to 101st screaming eagles, but I'm looking bcuz we do have a business and I'm still tryna figure out how this will work out

Love your content. You are totally right. We have NO public transportation. As an aspiring urban planner, this really frustrates me! Limited cultural diversity is an understatement. This town is HWHITE with a capital I think i will need your help at the kiosk please. Luckily we are close to Gwinnett county which has nearly equal proportion of every race while Gainesville has a vibrant Hispanic community. However…., Housing is expensive here. You would be lucky to find even a townhome under 500,000. It is ridiculous and anxiety inducing for a young person like me.
