Thank you for providing detailed information. How do you suggest buying 40 year old townhomes in Fremont / Warm springs area. Very well maintained townhomes. But just thinking about the resale value when it is over 50 years old.

@@pristina2232 I would not think negatively about it. There are positives of older places, including likely two stories versus three more general parking for guests, and a small yard given there are less stairs, The resell of these continue to be just fine as they still sell very quickly.
