@@TheKnoxFox well I picked up “senior center” and looked it up and was happy to find so many things for seniors to do. When we’ve visited, my husband really liked this area, so I liked the inside info. We currently live in a planned community so the a idea of a uniform aesthetic is appealing. I also like the idea of only county taxes. We’ve heard about the traffic around Turkey Creek, but compared to sitting in 12 lanes of stopped traffic, we find it amusing. The parks are gorgeous as well! The idea of paying for the fire department is very odd to me.

@@robinscirica3871 I agree! The community center / senior center is a great addition to the community. I feel most of the people who complain about our traffic have never experienced "big city traffic" so they don't have the same perspective. I've been stuck in Atlanta rush hour traffic and it's mind blowing what other cities deal with. I'm working on doing a more in depth video about Rural Metro because I know it's a source of confusion. @@TheKnoxFox Local amenities, distance to hospitals, supermarket and airport (probably the same airport). Which is more likely to be flooded with tourists.
