Hi, could you please tell me, I got a 2013 pulsar nissan to buy, in nice second hand condition, but one friend (is a mechanic) saying not to buy as these models has transmission issues, but the car runs smooth, should I buy ? Thanks heaps.

Yes the CVT transmissions are very weak. The CVT has been replaced on this car since filming.

If you aren’t absolutely thrashing the guts out of the CVT transmission everyday, you should be just fine. Congratulations on the purchase!
