Prosciutto wrapped brie is the perfect appetizer for small gatherings! Simply put, top brie with your favorite specialty jam, wrap brie in six or seven slices of prosciutto, and place on the grill at 300 degrees over indirect heat for 30 minutes. If you don’t have a grill, use your oven.
Remove from grill (or oven) and place on a cutting board. Slice into it with a knife and let it ooze out. Serve with bruschetta, green apples, strawberries, or whatever you love to pair brie with. Enjoy!
