WATCH: Defense rests in the trial over Ahmaud Arbery's death after prosecutors grill defendant McMichael in cross-examination
The trial in Ahmaud Arbery’s death is continues in Brunswick, GA. Three white men stand trial for chasing and killing Arbery, a 25-year-old Black man whose death was largely ignored until a leaked mobile phone footage stirred outrage over the shooting and deepened the national outcry over racial injustice.

I believe that the defense team for the McMichaels did the best they could with what they had. When you look at the facts of this case, it's impossible to successfully defend it. As for Mr. Bryant, I believe that his defense attorney is incompetent. They literally argued that the predicate reason for use of lethal force was that Ahmaud Aubrey attempted to take the weapon of Travis McMichael, after Travis McMichael pointed said weapon at Ahmaud Aubrey. This predicate was argued after admitting they saw no crime, no weapon, and Ahmaud Aubrey poised no threat. That argument would assume that Ahmaud Aubrey has no right to attempt to disarm the person who has pointed a weapon at him in an attempt to defend himself, after being “hunted” for the last 5min. Further mitigating factors included Gregory McMichael threatening to blow his, Ahmaud’s, “f**king head off” while brandishing a weapon. Basically, their entire defense is that Ahmaud has no right to be afraid for his life and defend himself knowing he has committed no crime.

Rash also knew that Diego Perez was pursuing with his gun whoever was black and on 220 Satilla Drive. There appeared to be 2 separate black men on the property at different times, by Rash and the neighbors, but in fact, it was Ahmaud and he never stole anything or never damaged the property. He was trespassing which is a misdemeanor and did not allow the McMurderers and Roddie Dumb-dumb, by law, to pursue him for an alleged criminal offense.

In addition to you being created, He also created systems specifically just so you could exist. Is it coincidence that the oxygen you need to breathe and exist is provided freely by plants that breathe the carbon dioxide you breathe out. How about the water you need to exist, dies that not recycle in a system that serves not itself but all life on earth, you included. How about food. You can eat fruit and vegetables, plants the seeds in the dirt and soon after eat that same food alllllllllll over again. I could go on and on my brother but if you can’t clearly see that we have a creator and one that has put everything in place to sustain your life and the existence of all life. If Travis at some point during this trial could have just come to the realization and admitted that he did something wrong, that he made a mistake and then spoke honestly to the jury and Ahmaud's family and asked for forgiveness, he perhaps would not have been given life without parole and would have had the chance to be a free man again at the age of 70. But he defended and tired to justify his cruel actions tp the end and the judge and jury gave him the appropriate sentence. None of is perfect and we all make mistakes but we should and must be responsible for our actions and be held accountable.

This what I have to say as a black man. Do I think all these 3 men who caused Amhaud Arbery's death deserve to be behind bars for life? My answer is YES 2. Do I think if Amhaud Arbery were a white man that entered that unfinished house would be dead? My answer is NO 3. Do I think if Travis and Gregory the father McMichaels and Ryan the neighbor were blacks and Amhaud Arbery were white, Do I think when the first police officer who came to the scene white Amhaud Arbery's body was lying down on the streets black Travis and Gregory McMichaels and Black Ryan would have been arrested by that cop? My answer is YES. 4. Do I think if Amhaud Arbery were to get a hold of that gun he would have gunned down Travis as self defense? Yes. And Amhaud Arbery would have gone to jail on a spot. 5. Do I think if it was Travis McMichael who entered that house and Amhaud Arbery were living in that suburb community and Travis was gunned down by Amhaud Arbery and his father Gregory McMichael and neighbor Bryan Roddy Williams were blacks. Rolland Martin and the rest of the black community were going to view this act from a different perspective? Such as, Amhaud Arbery and his dad and neighbor killed Travis in self defense. The black communities were going to be anraged by supporting Amhaud Arbery, his dad and black neighbor Bryan Roddy Williams for them not to go to jail. It's all about race and power and politics in this country. By no mean, I don't think Amhaud Arbery is an innocent man himself becsuse I saw his previous interactions with previous police officers on KZfaq. He really was not a reasonable young man himself. Do I think he deserved to be killed in such horrible condition? No. In my opinion, if he were to enter the McMichaels' house and try to rob them, if they had a chance to pull the trigger on Amhaud Arbery, in my opinion, that action would have been justifiable. And I don't think the McMichaels and Bryan Roddy Williams would have to face any jail time. But when you grabbed those weapons and start chasing down an individual who just happened to be running down the street just because he does not look like you and shot him to death. You deserve to be locked up for the rest of your life. Gregory McMichael the father, as an older man in that family has no morals nor common sense. He's the one that caused his son and neighbor behind bars. You would think as someone who's been serving his community, and have been around for a while would have used his common sense to tell his son chasing someone down the streets with weapons is not a brilliant idea. Instead let's call the authorities. He chose to encourage his son and took the law into his own hands. As a result to that he thought they did nothing wrong by consoling his son, potting him on his shoulder. " you had no choice, you have nothing to be worried about. " In my opinion they need to rot in jail. Now they will be smarter in jail, will have to think twice and reflect on what they did that day they got together and gunned down Amhaud Arbery. My hope is that they never get to go home for being racist. Stay in jai like jail birds and be fed with jail food. Will never get to murder another person ever again because of the way they look.
