I can remember watching this live while angry at the prosecutor for not confronting his lies but she amazingly waited until closing arguments to say that was a lie” had she confronted him he would have tailored his story while he couldn’t as he did not know the closing argument got him nailed. The prosecutor was a genius.

This prosecutor basically single handedly defeated six defense attorneys whose only recourse was to declare a mistrial more then seven times during this trial. Even to the point of the defense attorneys trying to have Black people removed from the courtroom and the courthouse grounds, even to the point of trying to have the one Black Juror removed by accusing her of sleeping and nodding in the courtroom. It was obvious to everyone in that courtroom that this trial was over within 20 minutes of the cross examination of Travis McMichael and the stupidity of Kevin Gough.
