I had 4 stubborn worries...that I was even afraid to think of...during this session, I realized, they all were worry about future...things I fear that might happen...and suddenly I realized..they have not happened and so why worry and meditate on that...just disintegrate...as you had rightly pointed...it is quite a stubborn thing..so I will 'rinse n repeat :-) '
