Master Co I can’t express how thankful I am for your teachings and meditation. I have read many books but none of them explained the Why and how in a way you do . Since I have practiced with you and have a deeper understanding. I have been with you 4 months now Lately when I meditate I get a strange feeling in my body and I try to push through but sometimes I can’t , it’s like when you hear nails down a black board or touch something that makes you squirm You mentioned different stages of light and dark during meditation Is this what it is ?
