I am learning so much from your channel Caroline. Sometimes I wish I could start nursing school all over and try harder, and also study, study, study thoroughly and completely! Also to start off my career on a better foot, not settling for any place to work but the best place for me. But I have to do what I can from where I am and with my faith and assistance from other nurses like you, I believe I can do it.

I believe that everything happens for a reason you know :) There are so many times in my life where I didn't push myself to do my best & I saw where that got me... Life is a learning experience... & we learn from our poor choices just as much as our wise choices. If we have good intentions in our hearts, good things come out of this thought. we studied to become nurses because we plan to be nurses to work hard and serve hurting people and help them heal. As a result, we should not be penalized for making unintentional mistakes but reinforce learning to correct those mistakes. I am glad nurse Lorie informed us of measures to protect our nursing license. thank you Caroline for always thinking of various ways through this video channel to inform, encourage, and become better nurses.Love U! Great information! I actually worked in a behavioral hospital & most of the RNs were on a diversion .... as the supervisor & owner of the facility the place was filled with seasonal employees all related & on the recovering “etoh, opiates, meth, etc” I felt really weird after being there 9 month, they all sure stick together you feel like the outsider, well I learned a lot & what not to do. So this confirms we are all human & yes beware of your colleges they can make your license be compromised.

Your videos are amazing! I think it's vital to have experienced nurses share information and help others, even students like myself. (Just got accepted for this fall, yay!!) I suscribed a while ago on an older account when I noticed you use the same superfood I do! Lolol! I'm like "Okay, this girl won me." Weird I know, I constantly rave about it, but no one takes me seriously. Anyway, I have so many concerns about the legal aspect of nursing, and was even surprised to hear about nursing students in the video. Thank you!

the biggest fear when it comes to nursing is having your license suspended. Once you're license is suspended its very hard to get re hired for employment. I guess thats why they make nursing school so hard to weed out the individuals who have a higher likelyhood of making mistakes when caring for their patients. This video was very informative!!

I love that you have given us specific things to do to learn the information weekly, but I get so flustered and have no idea where to start when starting to study for the exam. I really think that you would benefit from my Anatomy & Physiology program. Despite the name it could help with most of your classes. In that program I give you all the specific strategies on how I learned to become extremely focused & take my grades from a C avg to A avg. Hi Caroline, I am a foreigner nurse . I got my licensed and also started working as RN .As I found most of the things are the same in the same page but system and technologies makes it little different than back home country ....... And I have seen a lot of video from you in you tube and it is really helpful for me since I started my board examination . I just started watching your videos. And need your help...I'm finishing my last semester of nursing pre-reqs and am taking the PSB exam next month. Hopefully I will do well on it and be accepted into a hospital nursing school. Do you have any suggestions or a video or could you suggest a book or books on how to study for the PSB exam? It's overwhelming with the volumes of textbooks and no idea where to begin. Since I need to focus alot of study time on my current classes, I'm trying not to waste study time on what I won't need for the PSB and focus on what I do. Also, Thank you both for taking time out of your busy schedules to make this video. It's great to be informed before we might find ourselves wishing we would have known.

Revoking a license is NOT rare. Admin law court, revoked every license in the last 5 yrs in az . !

Really informative video and great questions. I don't often think about the law in nursing since I nurse with the best intentions and try to stay within my scope, but you never know what situations you will find yourself in so it is good to have a review of this topic! Thanks.
