The ANC, IFP, PA and Rise Mzansi together only have 40% of the seats in the Gauteng legislature. It’s a minority coalition to prop up the thieving ANC, not a unity government. They have no power to do anything.

This analyst has no clue what she's talking about. The ANC agreement of intent for Gauteng clearly stated that DA will accept 3 mec positions and ANC will have 7 INCLUDING other parties?

Listen to what Msimanga is saying in the link below. DA accepted 3 positions on the condition of that some of the 7 positions for ANC will be ginen to another parties. ANC refused and said if other parties are joining it will give DA 1 position .. 😳After DA pulled out, then the other 3 parties were then sworn in. And now ANC says the doors are still open to DA.
