I have a limited edition ps2 which is silver slim model, and also I can't play it because of the volts, it need 210 volts, ours have 220 volts, which will they say is it will be broken.

Played mine yesterday. Some NFL street 2 😅🔥👍 would love a remake of some of these games from the ps2. Burn out Paradise. Need for speed underground series, NFL street games. And so manyy more I can't think of off hand.

Nah. Using component cables kinda gives out a crisper output than using an hdmi converter.

Sadly it didn't look like the HDMI really did a big difference but it's cool to see people using it. I still have the PS2 slim with the original guitar hero guitar haha

the adapter is only to transfer the video signals to a modern TV, otherwise you'd have to use an older TV through AV wires

You're better off with Retrovision HD component cables. They actually make a huge difference especially over any hdmi adapter.

Play the games on the "fat" version. The slim one scratches them and soon they will not be playable.

I tried this adaptor on 2 tvs. It is not good. I am glad it works for you. Amazingly, since my tcl c745 55 accepts avi, aka composite, it works with that. It upscales pretty nicely, nearly as good as component on my old 32 in Sony bravia. Sometimes it will return a dodgy signal and you can see it without the upscaling going on, especially when reading text, but I was surprised what software on a modern tv does for old consoles using the bare minimum input.
