hows the quality of the shell compared to stock as far as fit, looks, feel, grip, durability, any creeking or anything of note, etc?

would you consider lubing those button or doing to tweak to make the analog feels smoother as well?

I forgot to put the pad on the back case think it’ll make a difference??

I dont believe so. In terms of function, definitely won't mess up the control. I'm still unsure myself specifically what it's for. I assume it's padding to support the battery.
