So far so good today as I experience your psoas stretch. Ive dealt with femoral nerve impingement now for months without ability to shift it. So far after 6 hours I am still free of pain. I’m hoping this is the piece of the puzzle that was missing. It is a fantastic non invasive stretch!! Whoo hoo. I’ll keep you posted:) thank you so much for sharing!

Have you tried doing femoral nerve flossing. Nerve flossing essentialy moves a nerve along its path and loosens any scar tissue restricting its movement.

@@aliciatompkins5948 kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ga-Jgcd327OYppc.html this is a very good channel on everything nerve flossing. The important thing to note here is; its a dynamic exercise not a static stretch. Try different positions and feel what works best.

This is good for me because I have kyphosis and laying flat on the floor doesn't work for me. Thank you. Edit: seriously you have no idea how much this just helped me. I can't believe something so simple just opened up a whole new range of motion in my back and hips and relaxed my breathing. Thank you again. I wonder if stress can cause a tight psoas and alter your breathing?

Wow, so great to hear your experience! This is just why I offer these tutorials!! It is pretty amazing that small movements like this can make such a difference. And yes, stress can affect your psoas and breathing for many different reasons, one of them being that your psoas and diaphragm are connected :)
