Can this be used to change the umd region too? Or just unbricking?

This is just for unbricking. You should use ARK-4 CFW if you need to change UMD Video region, it does it on the fly without messing with IDStorage

Mostly for fun these days, but currently these service mode files are the only way to unbrick 04g, 09g, and maybe 07g PSP-3000s. This video is just to show that they do work on 09g.
