everyone who says "this isn't art, it's not good enough, I could do that", etc., you are an immensely large part of what's wrong with the art community; Art is expression, not just what you feel comfortable with calling art. Is she expressing something through her work? yes. It's art, guys, give it up.

she has a lot of conviction. we can argue about what we decide we are gonna call Art all fukin day, which actually is half the point - to keep you sharp. the other half is being struck by the conviction of someone/artist who is unapologetically expressing the ways they move through the world, and if it's good, it'll make you reflect on your own conviction about the truths of the way you live and move through your worlds. all great art has conviction in common but not all art we call great has conviction cos most people do not have conviction.
