Reciprocity use in Interview: If you hire me now, I will help you use the best tools in the field you're lacking. Or If you're hire me, I will help you gain more talented people commited to same mission as yours. Commitment : Giving interviewer to commit to a 1 month trial for 10% the per month salary, where you will show then how you can be useful for them. Authority: After developing or creating something in you work field that is hard but is very useful. Then, while the interviewer see's that in the portfolio, it will give a sense of authority

The best way to sell yourself is let interviewer know how you can help them achieve results. How to use Consistency in interview. Create a coherent story about your knowledge, experiences, and professional objectives. Aim to match your responses to your resume and any prior discussions or contact you may have had with the interviewer. Maintaining consistency strengthens the impression of dependability and honesty. For instance: As you can see from my resume, I continuously look for opportunities to hone my leadership abilities. I actively planned and oversaw projects in my prior position as a team leader, which enhanced production and efficiency. I'm determined to keep developing as a leader, and I think that this job will give me the opportunity to do so.

One phycological approach I have in an interview is: Mirror the interviewer's pace and style: Pay attention to the interviewer's communication style, tone, and pace. Adapt your own style to match theirs subtly. This can help build rapport and make the conversation feel more natural.

I just learned about the Baader-Meinhof phenomenon, and I'm fascinated! I've been seeing it everywhere lately. For example, I had never seen the word "Baader-Meinhof" before I watched this video, but now I've seen it mentioned in three different places today. It's so strange how our brains work! If you're interested in learning more about this phenomenon, read this👇 Mentioning a product or service that the company offers can help create a sense of awareness of the company and its products. This can be helpful if the candidate is later considering making a purchase, as they are more likely to start seeing the product or service advertised or mentioned in other places. Ankur suggests a willingness to cooperate to achieve great things. I hope this helps you a lot!❤

Hello sir....In my view the 4th hack AUTHORITY can be used in interviews by creating a replica of us as a beneficial person to the people in a way that we can tell them what and how we can do the needful for them on the practical basis and make them understand the benefits of reaching and giving an opportunity to us.

Authority is a great hack. If you for example have experience in similar field, you can showcase that and state your expertise on the same. If you are lets say working as a software engineer for three years in AI, you can use thay experience as an authority to project yourself as a person who has command over the job you are getting interviewed for. Also, you can show dedication and commitment as well for the lonb experience and cite examples of the same

i have a interview for a college which is competiting with iit s recently . i would like to use FREQUENCY ILLUSION there . Like when they ask me about my unique qualities to select me i would like to say that i have a entrepreneurial mindset and i love to solve real life problems with the technology in software( along with a idea) , which only few iitians and students from colleges like bits do in thier college life . because I have the mindset like them so whenever they see such type of students they will remind me for their choice .

No. 1 Reciprocity in interview - interviewer. For example, if they mention a specific challenge they're facing, you could share a relevant article or suggest a strategy that has worked for you in the past. No 2 commitment and consistency - During an interview, utilize the commitment and consistency technique by asking a candidate if they prioritize teamwork. After their affirmative response, follow up with questions related to specific instances where they demonstrated effective collaboration. By reinforcing their commitment to teamwork, you encourage them to remain consistent in their responses and actions. No 3 social proof - u can use social proof by mentioning previous accomplishments or experiences that demonstrate your abilities. For example, you could say, "During my previous role, I successfully led a team that increased sales by 20% in just three months, earning recognition from senior management." This showcases your skills and provides evidence of your capabilities. No 4 authority - Authority physiological techniques can be used in an interview by adopting confident body language, maintaining steady eye contact, and using a firm yet respectful tone. For instance, a candidate can sit upright, make direct eye contact, and speak with a clear and assertive voice to convey a sense of authority and credibility. No 5 likability - One way to use likability physiological techniques in an interview is through mirroring body language and speech patterns. For example, if the interviewer leans forward or smiles, you can subtly match their actions. This can create a sense of rapport and connection, making you more likable and memorable to the interviewer. No 6 scarcity - In an interview, use scarcity by emphasizing limited availability of opportunities or resources. For example, you can say, "We have only one position left on our team, and the deadline for applications is tomorrow. Don't miss out on this chance to join our dynamic group and make a meaningful impact!" No 7 loss aversion - In an interview, leverage loss aversion by highlighting potential losses rather than just gains. For example: "Imagine missing out on a talented candidate like me who brings valuable skills and experience to your team. Don't let the opportunity slip away." This taps into the fear of losing out and can create a sense of urgency. No 8 Anchoring - In an interview, you can use anchoring physiological techniques by creating a positive association with a physical gesture or object. For example, when discussing achievements, subtly touch a small trophy on the table to anchor success and confidence, creating a subconscious link between your accomplishments and positive feelings in the interviewer's mind. No 9 the decoy effect - During an interview, you can use the decoy effect by presenting a less desirable option to make the desired option more appealing. For example, when discussing salary, introduce a lower-paying alternative that lacks certain benefits, making the original offer seem more attractive in comparison. No 10 the badder meinhof phenomenon - The Badder Meinhof phenomenon, also known as frequency illusion, can be used in an interview to showcase your observational skills. For instance, if the interviewer mentions a particular industry trend, respond by citing a recent news article or personal experience related to that trend, demonstrating your ability to notice and remember relevant information. This all are the psychological technique that we can use an interview

Lets assume situation for HR role, the company has given you a situation in which as recruiter you have a candidate who is good in his skill set and experienced too but psychologically he is very rude like flexibility of his own and dont like to work in group, will you recruit such candidate or not. So, here we can assume the decoy effect where company given you two choice you need to choose one, what u you do is provide him 30 day training period work to test his skill set under a team supervised by a young man who is talented and has presence of mind, if he fits to work under him by performing well will recruit cause in last a company is made up of peoples as teams working under it.

Use LOSS AVERSION Highlight your unique skills and experiences: Emphasize the specific skills, experiences, or qualifications that set you apart from other candidates. Frame them in a way that showcases the potential loss or missed opportunity if the interviewer doesn't select you. For example, you can say, "I believe my extensive experience in project management and my track record of delivering successful outcomes would be a significant asset to the team. Not leveraging these skills could mean missing out on a candidate who can consistently drive results and contribute to the company's success."

2nd HACK How to Use Commitment & Consistency : Share consistent long-term career goals: When discussing your career aspirations, emphasize your long-term commitment to a particular field or industry. If you have a clear and consistent career trajectory, highlight how your past experiences, education, and skill development have been aligned with your desired path. This demonstrates your commitment and dedication to your chosen field. For example, if you are interviewing for a marketing position, you can discuss your passion for marketing and how you have consistently pursued opportunities to enhance your marketing knowledge and skills.

When the interviewer asks the first question , you must first thank him for the opportunity to give the interview. (Likeability) You get extra brownie points for every single fact / statement you know about the company and how well you use it to answer (authority) You can share examples of your work to the interviewer (make sure it's your best work , first impression is the best and last impression)and show him how it aligns with the organization's goals (loss aversion, they would either appreciate you or provide useful inputs on how to improve) I bring up the fact that i have taken part in 10+ CSR activities, and the interviewers generally ask about them (reciprocity, you are not paid for this ) ~Arun Bhat

Warikoo sir, I'm Not in a person who comments your every video . I'm Just a type of person who listens and note something you told and write it down and Watch someone's video next But, you told everytime we will make a collabrate video i will mention your name... I thought May be this is also a trick that you showed that something like tit for tat we give our opinions and you make a another video that benefits you and also we could benefit from it... Meh yeh puch naa chatha hu ki yeh bar bar bolna bhi yeh trick hoth hai kya? Agar hoth hai tho hame ache tharase sikadena.... I'm feeling why i am giving this all in the comment but Something made me to give Do you have anything say about this ..... Sorry if i told something wrong....
