In this week's episode, I widen the other rear arch, take my charge cooler tank to my fabrication friend for some modifications and also start to look at fixings for running pipes and cables under the bed.
I also move the damper mounts but they still need some more work to strengthen them.

I've got some GAZ shocks on my Caddy with a custom rear beam. Just give them open and closed lengths. On vehicle adjustable too. Were about 55 a side a 5 years ago. Keep up the good work 👍

Yessssss, GAZ were just the people I had in mind, seems like a fair price too. Think I'll wait till its done and maybe corner weigh it all 🙌

Man oo man i cant wait for the caddy to be finished!! Great work as always bud. You should be able to get shorter shocks, granted they might be stiffer than stock, maybe start planning for coil over positioning in the event you struggle with traction issues and end up going that way for the sake of simplicity, but i digress supper ampt to see the caddy laying lines and pluming smoke hahah.

I don't think what's there should be too hard to change to coil to be fair, there is quite a bit of room under the bed. Thanks for the support bro x

This is amazing work man! Excited to see where this goes! I did a Haldex swap on my Mk4 GTI and picked up a caddy to be my daily driver. I’ve a always pondered doing the same thing to the caddy 😂. Maybe one day..
