When it starts to get better than the studio that’s when you know that there’s improvement.

i just hope you heard it back when they still had avi. the bass now sadly while good is no where near the level they used to have.

It's only natural for the people who loved Pentatonix from the beginning to have a strong connection with Avi and that connection is very difficult to break

Everyone has a fav mine is actually mitch and he left I would still follow him.

No hate for Matt at all, his voice is great, but for those of us who saw this in the early days with Avi, his tone was very different so it does change the sound of the song. Not worse, different.

it was honestly more of Kevin's lip bass. (a true bass wouldn't need these gimmicks to hit the notes clean)

Yeah, Acapella is not everyone's cup of tea, but damn people. This song won a freaking GRAMMY.

I've seen them live twice and trust me the energy was there but when they were singing, you could hear a pin drop because the audience was really focused on listening to them. I mean, there was the occasional "I LOVE YOU" inbetween songs and I heard the kids behind me at one show go "OMG MITCH LOOKED AT ME!!!" but other than that it was all about the amazing performance this group puts on.

I have seen several comments about the energy of the crow. I have seen some say that it may have to do with the PTS-ish type mind frame of people since the pandemic. My husband and I have been to several live music concerts/shows and the audience has been the same way. So, I'm leaning towards this theory.
