The processor frequency is very low. I have 9600k 4.7 + ddr4 4000, I see about the same numbers, the developer killed the performance of the game, I used to have 144Hz, now it’s about 115.

@@GTX1080Ti. using obs 1080p60 fps,VBR 12000 bitrate, nvec encoder the video have good quality when i editing but when i upload to youtube it's blurry,i try change resolution to 2k for vp09 codec but still look bad

temp is def high.. also never use 1stick of ram, always use 2 or 4 to get the best performance from ur ram , depends on the motherboard but for the most part probably get another stick of 8gb ram for dual channel

Try to under volt it using msi afterburner then use 2 stick of ram its either 12gb or 16gb
