Are all the contents and components of each individual Public Access Bleeding Control kit TAA, BAA, and/or Berry Amendment compliant? At the very least, I would imagine the compressed gauze is TAA-compliant since it appears to be made in Taiwan and the pouch seems likely to be Berry Amendment compliant since it is labeled as being made in the USA.
