If i sell land for investing in ppf is good choice or should i keep land itself ? Which is more better after 15 years

The first difference is liquidity. After 15 years you can withdraw the money from PPF. But for a land, you should get a buyer at that time and the buyer should be willing to pay you a fare price. Second difference is the tax deduction. in PPF & SSY you will get tax benefit up to 1.5 lakhs. If you keep a land you won't get it. The returns from PPF is fixed. But the future land price we cannot predict. Sometimes it may go much higher than we expect, sometimes it don't. So think of it and make a decision.

വർഷത്തിൽ 60,000 നിരക്കിൽ 15 വർഷം ഇൻവെസ്റ്റ്‌ ചെയ്തതിനു ശേഷം 5 വർഷത്തെ ബ്ലോക്കിൽ ഇൻവെസ്റ്റ്മെന്റ് ചെയ്യാതെ (without investment for 5 years) നിലനിർത്തുക ആണെങ്കിൽ after 20 years എത്ര എമൗണ്ട് കിട്ടും എന്ന് പറയാമോ.

പാസ്ബുക്ക് സൂക്ഷിച്ചാൽ മതി. മെച്യൂരിറ്റി ആകുമ്പോൾ പണം പിൻവലിക്കാൻ നമ്മൾ "ഫോം സി" ഫിൽ ചെയ്തു കൊടുക്കണം. അതിന്റെ ലിങ്ക്: retail.onlinesbi.com/sbi/downloads/PPF/FORM-C_(PPF%20WITHDRAWAL).pdf "ഫോം സി" നോക്കിയാൽ അറിയാം അതിൽ ചോദിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത് അക്കൗണ്ട് നമ്പറും പാസ്സ്‌ബുക്കും ആണ്. അതുകൊണ്ട് പണം പിൻവലിക്കാൻ അത് രണ്ടും മാത്രം മതി.

Part 2 വീഡിയോയിൽ Return Calculation ഉണ്ട്. അത് ഒന്ന് കണ്ടു നോക്കൂ. അതിൽ 3 സാമ്പിൾ ഉണ്ട്. അത് കാണുമ്പോൾ ഏകദേശം ഒരു ഐഡിയ കിട്ടും. കാലവധിക്ക് മുൻപ് അവസാനിപ്പിക്കാൻ ആദ്യം ഓപ്‌ഷൻ ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോൾ 5 വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ അടിയന്തിരമായി ചികിത്സാ ചിലവോ മറ്റോ വന്നാൽ അക്കൗണ്ട് ക്ലോസ് ചെയ്യാം. പക്ഷെ അതിന് മതിയായ രേഖകൾ ഹാജരാക്കണം. അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്താൽ അതുവരെ അടച്ച തുക ലഭിക്കും, പക്ഷെ പലിശ കുറയും.

ഈ വർഷം നിക്ഷേപിച്ചതിന് ഈ വർഷത്തെ പലിശ കിട്ടും. അടുത്ത വർഷം പലിശ മാറിയാൽ, അടുത്ത വർഷത്തെ നിക്ഷേപത്തിന് പലിശ കണക്കാക്കുന്നത് ആ നിരക്കിൽ ആയിരിക്കും.

3 മാസം കൂടുമ്പോൾ ആണ് പലിശ പുനർനിശ്ചയിക്കുക. ചിലപ്പോൾ പലിശ കുറയും, ചിലപ്പോൾ കൂടും, ചിലപ്പോൾ മാറ്റം വരില്ല. വർഷത്തിൽ ഒരിക്കൽ നിക്ഷേപിക്കുമ്പോൾ വർഷത്തിന്റെ തുടക്കത്തിൽ നിക്ഷേപിക്കുന്നതാണ് ഗുണകരം.

4 വയസ്സുള്ള മകന്റെ പേരിൽ PPF അക്കൗണ്ട് എടുക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി SBI ൽ അന്വേഷിച്ചപ്പോൾ മകന് PAN കാർഡ്‌ വേണം എന്നാ പറഞ്ഞത്. കൊച്ചു കുട്ടികൾക്കും PAN കാർഡ്‌ നിർബന്ധം ആണോ ?

മകന് ആധാർ കാർഡ് & ജനന സെർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് വേണം. പാൻകാർഡ് നിങ്ങളുടെ മതിയാകും. നിങ്ങൾ ആണല്ലോ പണം നിക്ഷേപിക്കുന്നത്. ഒന്ന് സംസാരിച്ചു നോക്കൂ. പിന്നെ ബാങ്ക് ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നത് ഇങ്ങനെ ആണെങ്കിൽ അത് നമ്മൾ കൊടുക്കേണ്ടി വരും.

If you invest Before 5th of April you will get more interest. So it is Better to start the account during that time of the year.

NRI ക്ക് വേണ്ടി വിശ്വാസമുള്ള ആരെങ്കിലും അകൗണ്ട് തുടങ്ങി അതിൽ NRI കൊടുക്കുന്ന പണം ഇട്ടാൽ പ്രശ്നം ഇല്ല.

ഇല്ല. ഇപോഴത്തെ നിയമപ്രകാരം ഒരാള്‍ക്ക് ഒരു PPF അകൌണ്ടേ ഓപ്പണ്‍ ചെയ്യാന്‍ കഴിയൂ.
