Puddin was broken hearted because you dumped her for Brutus, so she jumped under the tree after being dumped and left on a hillside.

Great video Wade you brought Puddin back to life there one thing about having your own boneyard of parts like that is u dont have to spend your down time buying new parts i worked in small engine repair shops and 90% of the parts we had came from the boneyard or boxes of spare parts on the shelves we rarely bought new parts inless needed be so good to u ur saw back up and goin again
@mmccoy5775 жыл бұрын
I am going to get me some of that Q Bond. The stuff I have been using does not burn into the plastic.

Reminds me of when I was in the woods....just got a rebuilt Stihl and put it by a tree off the edge of the road when I went down the hill to help pull main line. Well the crane operator and his cohort in crime needed the saw to cut trees blocking the swing and tie back wire. Well... needless to say stooge #2 did not put the saw back where he found it. Instead he put it underneath the crane between the tracks. And that is a normally safe spot when the crane gets set up. Well they weren't set up yet and they moved the crane and repositioned the tracks and ran over the saw tried to blame it all on me. Well the boss watched me put it in the safe place off the road and told them they could just pay for another rebuilt saw out of their pay checks. That man was a good boss ... Paid extra in cash ....his wife was so sweet...she bought me expensive winter boots as an additional bonus. That was the mid 90's and we we had two late 1960's link belt cranes that came from the pacific northwest. One standard 4 drum crane that they had put a manual pull carriage on and were using as a yarder. And one that had a stiff heel boom and cable log jaws they we're loading out with. The owner could make that loader crane do a lot of cool tricks. Nothing like the thrill of getting a large set up cable jaws cast right behind you as you are working just for shits and gigles.

For future reference as long as the crack isn't to big you can use a soldering iron and some scrap plastic to kind of plastic weld it up. Ive done it a few times with good success.

I got this from small engine engineers. Even though it states to use 87 octane. You won't hear the microscopic pinging called planned obsolescence. Run mid grade or plus all the time because they need over 88 octane...........This is true of lawn mowers, trimmers, outboards, chainsaws, generators, ect ect..............

Man that bar must have been made out of some really hardened met at to just snap like that instead of bend! And on the Bright side the top that you put on isn't as sun faded as the rest of the saw, down fall is now you have to polish an wax the rest of the saw to match!

Agreed ole 395 is best saw I've ever had that cousin of mine used to run them every day till he got a cutting machine I cut fire wood with mine she's just a pile of parts he had laying around and I built a saw out of it lol that q bond is awesome I use it to glue broken auto parts back together I actually glued the plastic radiator tank back together with it in one of our yard cars and it's been holding for over a year now sounds like you have luck like mine if it was raining tacos you get hit with a weiner 😂 it will get better soon keep up the good work and have great day

Superglue and baking soda will do the same thing as your Q bond lol but way cheaper ,the military uses it to fix Nicks and scratches on carbon fiber rotor blades , the baking soda hardens the glue instantly and becomes hard as steal ,you can grind it sand it what ever ..

baking soda and super glue does the same thing and its cheaper . Did you know that during the first gulf war that they used it on the helicopter blades because the sand would chip the edges of the blades and they needed a quick repair. and super glue will harden as soon as baking soda hit it.

You would like those huskys alot more then you do now if you have muffler modes done to them ,its craxy the difference it makes, in the horse power and speed of cutting is unreal!!!!
