Well, Radio Silence spoke with Hayden prior to filming and all parties felt Kirby being in this movie wouldn’t have done her character justice. Probably will be in the next one.

It's just hard for me to imagine them not addressing him being alive at *some* point over the last two decades in any of the movies.

I did not care for Sam's character at all, I thought the whole hallucinations thing was a stupid addition to her character like it does not make sense like first of all, she didn't even meet her Dad or knew how he sounded and all it took for her to start hallucinating him was her looking at her mom's diary and looking up an image of him and even if she did look him up why a bloody up version of Billy it just doesn't make sense, however her getting into problems and leaving because she was the reason why her family broke up was the only thing that made sense. Also Tara was my Favorite Character 100% in this movie, in If there's a Scream 6, I 100% want her to be the protagonist she is final girl material and was way better than Sam and also want Sam be the killed off protagonist, just because your the daughter of a famous legendary serial killer and a protagonist doesn't guarantee you survival

everyone forgets that she is on heavy medication that makes you numb and not feel normal. Shes also schizophrenic so her visions does make sense.
