Bobby has always put himself last or has given himself the smallest part when he’s written a song for his team. He does it because he wants his teammates to have a bigger part and because he’s confident that nothing will detract him from his own part. He doesn’t need all the eyes on him, he knows he will be the one we end up talking about anyways regardless of what happens and it’s true here too. He likes doing solo stuff and that’s where he experiments but in a team….he always wants the members to shine more and he sees himself as a supporting role. That’s why we love him. He’s like a leader in that sense but he doesn’t want to be bothered by all the responsibilities that come with the job. In iKON now there’s no true leader but they don’t need one. Jinhwan is strict, Yunhyeong is the cheerleader and boost moral, Chanwoo puts the most innovating ideas, Donghyuk is now the composer producer and choreographer plus he’s the most meticulous without being overbearing and Junhoe although being one of the most popular voices has Zero ambitions for solo work because he likes being in a team. B.I. Will always have a spot if iKON leaves yge to join him but even B.I. Said during M&M survival that seeing his team split up and mentor the new trainees he was relieved that the members themselves became strong leaders and he wasn’t needed for everything. He had faith that nothing would stop them.

That's because in his survival show for Ikon (Mix & Match) he was guaranteed to debut alongside with B.I., while the others he was put up with had a lot to prove. It naturally came to him to let others shine.

Having watched iKON in WIN and Mix & Match, having fun on stage has been their mentality since the beginning which is their biggest charm and that's what makes them exceptional. I'm glad that BOBBY was able to have them get a taste of that, especially to Sunwoo. The Boyz seems too pressured with doing well in the rankings that it's eating them up.
