I always look forward to your next video. I am 45 years old and was having several health problems a year ago. I completely changed my diet to Paleo and my overall health began to improve. Last summer, I watched my first Training Pal video called "How to Start Training on Rings" I ordered a set of rings from Amazon and turned my garage into a calisthenics gym. I continue to learn from your videos and have made great progress. Thanks so much!

Dude, love your vids. You've helped me get into shape, to be able to practice anywhere, and most importantly, have fun while doing it. So much drama and false information out there, and here you are focusing on your own vibe and sharing it. Thank you bro, for real. And cheers from Brasil!

That place is gorgeous! You're videos are awesome and just keep getting better! You make me laugh so hard too! I'm wondering, though, do you focus on pulling your belly button towards your spine? Cause sometimes it looks like you don't. From what I understand it's something important to do. Regardless, love your stuff and can't wait for the next one!

Cool videos mate. If you find your self a long metal bar, same diameter roughly as normal pull up bars, two pieces of strong cord or rope, you can then hang it off the wooden beam you use. Each cord lashed to each end of the bar and then tied to the beam. Then pull up bar hangs below the beam. You can alter the distance of the bar from the beam, with the length if cord.

I am doing your example of the 300 push up per day routine. I'm on the third day with one day off as it was chest day on this last Monday. So far so good. The first day I miscounted and did 360. At 20 reps per set it's just challenging enough to complete all 20. I'm afraid of moving to 25 as I think I will not be able to complete all 300 at the set rate of 20 reps. I might try and add 10 lbs. in my backpack. Thanks for giving me the ideal and I hope I get similar results. The only change is I doing my sets every 1/2 hour so I can complete in 7 1/2 hours. My chest is almost bigger in just the 3 days of doing them!! Pumped full of blood for sure.

fix up the 1st place!!! It will be a great project! Also, the more options you have, the better it! Plus, it would be cool if you made a calestenics group there. Find some other enthusiastic people to train! My husband does martial arts. He loved having it as a personal practice, but he got so much more enjoyment out of teaching it to a local group of people! Just a thought.

Hey, i saw your video about traveling on budget and i think i will try it someday but, i have one question. - Where did you charge phone/camere battery?
@TrainingPal6 жыл бұрын
I bring spare camera batteries, so I don't have to charge them. The same with power bank for phone, but you can find some wall sockets in public places like airports, malls, libraries, restaurants.

You can run to your training spot. That would probably cut in half the time it takes you to get there, and you get some cardio in too ;)
