Thanks I will pay more attention now to my back days at the gym. I too thought that the only way to get stronger at pulling my bow was to shoot but anything that will aid in making the task easier is helpful

If you rotate your torso you engage your obliques which are quite large muscles! This way your shoulders and lays are not doing all the work

upper body workouts will help but there is NO substitute for shooting EVERY DAY that you can. Just shoot your bow as much as you can. The more you do it the faster you can start turning your bow up a little at a time.
