These look amazing, I just wish the mid foot was wider and more stable and especially with how narrow puma runs would be nice if they opened it up a bit. No a tone just a bit

is this the same foam as fast-r 2 or same as deviate nitro elite 1 and 2?

This is an entirely new foam! The compound is a aliphatic tpu. It's extremely light, bouncy, and resilient. Todd talk a bit on our podcast how well the compound holds up over the marathon distance. Many foams start to break down around 20 miles, while this foam will feel the same at mile 1 as it does at mile 26. -Connor

Fast-r 2 also has that. Thanks for confirming. What about the regular deviate nitro 3? That has an elite top layer, is this also the new foam?

@Eirikkinserdal following for the answer, eddbud seemed to think it was the Aliphatic ETPU but I haven't been able to find an official answer either way

The toe box does not appear to be shaped like a human foot, which is strange for a running shoe.
