what the issue if it is brinking red on top of the green light

The Red light indicates a fault. there should be something else on the display that will indicate what the fault is and where you can start looking

What if after pressing P...all that appears are 0000?

the zeros indicate the pump is looking for a password

This pump some alarm came what problem that alarm is pfail alarm

pfail is due to overpressure. this could be the max pressure of the pump or a sudden change of pressure the pump is pumping against
