I have a Bosch mixer. I love it. I had trouble with my Kitchen aide and was looking for an alternative. It works great.

This reminds me of a cake I have been making for over 50 years, but includes chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, raisins and walnuts or pecans. I also only dust it with powdered sugar. It’s my favorite cake to make this time of year.

I newby here & asking major favor! Could you. Turn up the volume on your camera and or use a 🎤 mic? Uts very frustrating to have my volume as high as can be & not hear you, plus your voice us too soft!!
