I’m so glad left arm is becoming more popular. There’s so much more competition. Levan just recently announced that next year he’s going after the left arm title. The sport just keeps growing

Devon, even though you couldn’t defeat Levan, one of the most beautiful upsets happened when you defeated Ermes. Most people didn’t have you as the favourite. On that day fate smiled upon you and you were at the top of armwrestling for a moment and nobody can take that away from you.

There are actually studies that show lifting weights with one arm makes you gain muscle in the other arm. This is why when people get an injury they still train the other side.

Devon is literally a walking fully documented human experiment. It's quite interesting to watch. He's very open with almost all of his professional life, more so than most. I've learned a lot from this man & I've never met him. Pretty neat he shares all the knowledge that he does.

@@erich7662 I know! And its gonna highlight all of those professional athletes like Muratov as well! I always hate when I try telling someone that a certain armwrestler is good and their response is always "Well thats on the left arm" It shouldn't matter what arm it is that makes them a good armwrestler. It's just unfortunate that most famous armwrestlers only exceeded or stayed with the right hand.

I’m proud of you Devon for always challenging yourself. You earned your way to the top, although levan was to strong you still held him center table round one for about 15 seconds which no one has ever done before. You’re an incredible arm wrestler and still #2 in the world in my eyes.

Youre about 1M KZfaq subs, he's a little over 1.5M, so similar size and audience type but mostly he'd give you someone to bounce training ideas off of and come up with your new routine! A few weeks back i noticed some size difference left to right, began doing some extra training to balance out. I injured my left almost 5 years back and since I haven’t let it get the same level of workout for a while as my right.

I always thought you should hit every muscle man. Start doing some heavy bench press, shoulder presses, pull ups, rows etc. On top of what you already do

Alright that makes much more sense. Even if he just does those things once a week twice the most and then all of his normal training he would be better all around just like he said,levan is strong everywhere ASO should you be. If you're going to deal with someone like that you should be similar to him.

He told me in person that both elbows are so shot from a very long career of pulling at max strength against the strongest armwrestlers alive, but maybe more so from the multiple surgeries on both sides each, that the elbows can't handle and "don't like" heavy curls/pullups/deadlifts/rows - you know, the ultimate power exercises for armwrestlers 😭😭

Devon, my old PT used to talk to me about a theory he had of only training one side and still retaining strength and conditioning on the other side. He was involved in doing a study on this. I haven’t caught up with him but I thought that was interesting and unprecedented.
