I purchased both the medium kzfaq.infoUgkxfh2XUOHWYHKQYOvSq2gZ6PyCmVkTFGWz and small speed bags from Meister. I'm very glad I got both as the workout is quite different from the two. The small is fantastic for getting your speed built up once familiar with your striking. The medium bag provides a considerable amount more resistance building more strength in your punches. I highly recommend both sizes. Some people have expressed concern over the latex bladder leaking down more frequently than the traditional rubber. I have not found this to be an issue at all.

Gary Pinkney * * * * * Thank You for Watching and for taking the time to post the positive comment.... People think you have to be FAST when hitting the Speed Bag, because of the Name of this equipment, SPEED (fast) BAG ... Learning this Boxing tool is easier when you take it Slow and Easy.... Our Egos especially with young men is so fragile that if they can't go fast the first day, then they stay away from this Punching Bag, and find something else to work on ! Seen this happen many times.... I just like to remind them to stick with it and it gets easier as give it a little time ! I sincerely appreciate you * Paul D'Antuono

My coach only cared about me doing the basic rhythm and being able to hit multiple times with one hand before switching to the other hand. Reason being that he just wanted to make sure I was pushing my shoulder endurance. He did encourage watching him hit speed bag and asking about other techniques and watching instructionals on different speed bag tricks if I really wanted to learn the fancier stuff though. You don't have t o be as GOOD/FAST as the next guy, just take it slow learn it well by making your goal to just be better than you were YESTERDAY ! Randall Underwood * * * * * 5 Stars for watching and for taking time to post your very interesting history* This world is cursed, and Agent Orange is just one of the many proofs of the curse! My Brother in Law, whom I known since Jr. High School, has bad side effects from the Orange Curse. There are others whom I know who never came home = more of the same curse ! I look forward to the world to come, the one with no curse. I am sad for your condition, but will do as you say = KEEP SMILLING ~ You do the same my Brother Warrior! Sincerely Paul D'Antuono

I shared your video with a friend of mine who is just learning the speed bag. He started picking it up right away. He always had good hand eye coordination (He can juggle and stuff). I thought he would love the speed bag if he gave it a try. He thinks you're pretty chill. So thanks again for your efforts.

Great video! Short, to the point, simple instruction. I like that some teachers break down some things with a good amount of detail. His explanations weren't to much and weren't to little. With learning you don't want a mind that to lax or a mind that's to excited. I understood very clearly. Nice piece of teaching.

Westcoast Johnny * * * * * I am glad that you watched and liked this video ! The Speed Bag in many Boxing Gyms is under used and under rated..The Speed Bag is a Great tool for Boxing when the one utilizing this great tool has an idea of what he is trying to accomplish... The attention in most Boxing Gyms payed to Punching Bags of all types has been neglected.. Ever since the Punch Mitts were introduced to boxing in the 1970's... Most coaches who teach Boxing today, spend very little time teaching the Punching Bags, especially the Speed Bag... They don't even know how to teach using the Punching Bags ! Johnny Thank You for the great support = it's appreciated ***** Sincerely Paul D' The Punch Professor
