the obvious answer is , he is a juvenile, but if he's given a lenient sentence, " deep pocket " Daddy shouldn't be left off the hook and made to serve the sentence his son ideally should have.

It is done to protect his identity. basicallay he is below 18 so according to indian laws if he is not tried as an adult he is supposed to go through some rehabilitation program and continue his life in soceity.

@@udayteja4946 If you watched the video, you'll see that the Dad is the "Rich Real Estate Developer" with the money, not Mom. Im certain the car is under Dad's name, not mom's. While I don't know if it was Mom who encouraged him to take the car out, give him money to go out drinking, the car is certainly under Dad's name. so legally he is responsible.

no bro still I think his dad and bar owners should take most of the responsibilities as they shouldn't given him access to drinking or the car. Good on the cops for persisting . But as we all know, money talks. People will move on eventually when T20 world cup comes around or when some celebrity gets married. The only ones left fighting will be the loved ones of the ones who lost their lives, fighting the rich guys all alone. Unlike in the movies, they'll be forced to accept their immeasurable loss and live the rest of their lives in pain, while this juvenile CRIMINAL will continue to live his life carefree and enjoy the riches of what Papa has to offer.

Of course its the teenage boy's fault but aren't the deceased couple to be blamed as well for not wearing helmets on the two wheeler which might have saved them and getting out of a pub themselves drunk?
