I have a really hard time telling you two apart. It's not just the beards, the hats, etc, it's the mannerisms too. But yeah you two coming together for a video, that's awesome.

Hi Bill. Firstly I absolutely love your work and watch all your vids. It has inspired me to get into make props. I start trying to make the Destiny hunter knife and hand cannon, but they very quickly ended up in the bin (really bad looking). I am having mega problems with the cutting of the edges. I dont have any power tools, just hand tools and finish on the edges are soooo bad, really rough and jagged. And I cant seem to be able to clean them up. Do you have any tips? Also how do I make the EVA form not look like foam when finished? MDF is easy, a shed load of sanding very fine grade does the trick when trying to make it look and feel like smooth plastic, but is it possible to get EVA foam to look and feel like plastic finished? Thanks for your time and really love your work. Thanks
